This is the latest in my series of Civil War artwork. Again in this drawing I tried to show this persons thoughts and feelings in the details of this piece. This drawing was done, as always, from a photograph I took of one of the members of the National Civil War Association. Throughout the years I have been drawing these characters I have found them to be so much involved in the re-enactment world that they seem like they belong in that time period. I mean everything about them seems like they belong in the 1860's. Going to one of their events is like taking a trip back in time.
