On Top Of The World
While
I was working on this drawing someone walked behind me, stopped, looked over my
shoulder and said "That guy looks like he's on top of the world". I turned
around to see who had said that and he had gone. I decided then that this would
be the name of my new drawing. This drawing took me forever! I am, without a
doubt, not a landscape artist and this piece happens to be half landscape. I
complained to myself the entire time I was working on this piece about the fact
that I have way too much background (landscape) to draw. It was a fight but I
finished it. It took me 5 months but I finished it.
